I purchased an in-stock battery on Oct 31 on the understanding that there was a no tax promotion on that day. Initially I was charged taxes but I returned to the store A few minutes later questioning why (showing the parts person the email). He was not aware of the promotion but said he would credit me back. He told me he had credited my account but provided no paperwork. Seeing that no credit had been posted to my account, I called on Friday Nov 6th. I was advised that I had been given a store credit. I stated that I wanted my Visa credited back and was told it would be done that day. Checked my account today. Still no credit.
