Couldn't be happier with the sales and service from RHD. And the in store incentives on parts and accessories is the best. I've been going to Mackies for in Oshawa for years, and the sales and parts staff are great. But since the dealership was purchased by the owner of Calgary HD, it is now called Durham HD. Steer clear of the place if you can. they offer no incentives what so ever on parts and service. and they jacked winter storage fees by 35 %.
